Hotel /Terms of Booking

 These terms are applicable to all Contracts of any kind made by the CNCC Grand hotel and its clients and apply to all reservations, bookings and agreements for accommodation, dining, function room hire and use of all facilities at CNCC Grand Hotel.

Clients are invited to read these provisions and note their responsibilities, arrangements for payments, booking requirements, cancellation terms and limitations on the liability of the CNCC Grand Hotel. The Contract is conditional on the payment of the Deposit.

 ·Pet Prohibition

Pets are not allowed to enter Go to CNCC Grand Hotels.

·Payment terms

All payments to the CNCC Grand Hotel by the clients are to be made in Chinese Yuan. The fluctuation of the currency rates, the duration of the international payment period and the varied credit cards' payment policies should all taken into consideration by the clients, and the accurate bills will be reflected the latest details.        

 ·Reservation

No matter via customers themselves, agents or the Internet, one-time bookings of over 3 rooms for the same period must be proposed directly to our sales department; if one-time bookings of over 9 rooms for the same period, CNCC reserves the right of canceling bookings without prior notice or make extra charges.

 ·Variation in service required

Any specific requirements for beds, non-smoking rooms should be specified in advance. Maximum efforts will be made to satisfy the demands, however, no guarantees are made by the hotel.

 The favored price will not be given until their qualifications are confirmed by the hotel based on the favored rules and regulations and their corresponding certificates provided. CNCC Grand Hotel reserves the right not to respond to any discounts without proofs. 

 Real Name Booking System

Names for any international reservations must be the same as the ones on clients' passports. Nicknames are prohibited to be used for all bookings.
