On 21 October 2008, Beijing North Star Co., Ltd. appoints William Wei Deputy General Manager of China National Convention Center. Prior to this position, Mr. Wei was the Head of General Office of Beijing North Star Group.

Mr. Zhang Xiaoguang is appointed by Beijing North Star Co., Ltd. as CNCC Chief Engineer on October 21. Mdm. Li Jing was appointed CNCC Financial Controller on July 14, 2008.
